pallet loading

We deliver to domestic residences at no extra cost. Our vehicles have tail lifts. We offer a free service to contact receivers in advance to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time. We can even deliver on Saturday mornings. We have found that giving our customers as much information as possible so they can set clear expectations with the receiver always helps. Our drivers will do their best to be helpful but some things just aren’t physically possible. Please contact us for a copy of our guide to home deliveries.

Where can you deliver next day

We can deliver throughout the UK next day excluding certain rural postcodes, Scottish Highlands & offshore islands. Please ask us for information.

Will you accept goods not on pallets

Our vehicles are designed to carry palletised freight so we cannot safely carry goods not on pallets.

Do you carry hazardous freight?

We carry only limited quantities (LQ’s). Please contact us with the full specification of your goods.

Do you have a special rate for local deliveries?

For collection and delivery within the CV postcode area we offer a special rate.

Do you offer timed deliveries?

In most of England we can offer 10 am deliveries. For the rest of the UK we offer pre 12 or pre-booked delivery slots. We also deliver on Saturday mornings. Note: unless you specify a timed delivery we will deliver up to 5pm. Please ask for our schedule of earliest delivery times available to remote areas.

What are your pallet sizes

Do you do full and part loads

We can quote for full and part loads throughout UK and Europe.

Can you offer warehousing?

Yes. From our site in Dunchurch we can offer storage, pick/pack and onward distribution.

Can you contact receivers in advance of delivery?

We offer a free booking in service for economy deliveries. This avoids re-delivery charges where receivers may not be available throughout the working day, e.g. home deliveries, building sites, farms.

The day before delivery is due we will attempt to contact the receiver to agree a mutually convenient delivery day. If there is no reply we will leave a message for the receiver to call back during working hours. Our delivery window is 9am to 5pm, this is not a timed service. If after 72 hours we have been unable to make contact with the receiver we will inform you. We will not attempt delivery until we have spoken to the receiver. The goods cannot normally be delivered until the next day after we receive instructions.

If in doubt please ask us.
