Karen Shuter retires

On Tuesday 19 August,Karen will be retiring—16 years after founding Exact Logistics with husband and business partner, Adam Shuter.

Karen says:

It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m proud of what we’ve built together.      

Adam will continue as Director, and I’m delighted that the business is in excellent hands with its new owner and Group Managing Director, Nick Bennett of On Logistics Ltd. Over the past year, I’ve worked closely with Nick, Stephen Ambroziak, and Jacob Bennett to ensure a smooth transition, sharing my knowledge and experience to        support the next chapter of Exact Logistics.

Ona personal note, I’m looking forward to spending more time with family andfriends. I won’t be watching daytime TV! I’ve started studying GCSE Physics to fill a long-standing gap in my education, and I’ve taken up open water swimming (though I suspect that won’t last past September!). I’m also planning to volunteer in the community—and yes, there will be travel!
