Our history
Adam & Karen Shuter started Exact Logistics in 2009 with the aim of delivering a very different level of palletised distribution service to businesses in Coventry & Warwickshire. We have grown rapidly through responding to the differing needs of our customers, helping them to win and retain their customers. We are very proud that we have customers who have worked with us since day one.
In 2010 we began trading with German international transport companies and now offer a complete service with customs clearance and final mile distribution.
Our ethos of Communicate, Deliver, Care is at the heart of everything we do. We combine the responsiveness and flexibility you expect from a family business with the highest professional standards. Our affiliation with Europe’s leading palletised networks, our advanced web-based ordering and tracking system and our dedication to adding value to your business means we don’t just deliver the goods, we deliver on our promises.

Exact Logistics Limited founded by Adam & Karen Shuter with one employee.
2010
First international inbound customer started.
2011
Moved to current site in Rugby.
2013
Developed bespoke “Palsist” App, saving 130 work days per year
2014
Won Small Business of the Year in the 'Pride of Rugby' Awards.
2015
Joined Pall-Ex.
2016
Achieved 1st place in Pall-Ex KPI quality league for the first time.
2017
Produced Exact Standards Manual documenting service specification and processes.
2018
Upgraded from PalSist to Movesist, bringing further efficiencies.
Joined Log Co.op
2019
Became shareholder in Pall-Ex Group.
Moved to new office block.
Won Log Co.op award for member co-operation
2020
Won Pall-Ex Regional Member of Year Award 2019.
2021
Launched import and export customs clearance service.
