MyNexus is our industry leading booking and tracking portal. With postcode look up and saved favourite addresses, booking is simple and fast. You can print your own labels to make certain your pallets go to the correct destinations.
We collect at times to suit you. You do not want to stay late or pay overtime waiting for us to arrive. Our transport team carefully plans and monitors all drivers to ensure they have sufficient capacity and are on time.
Your pallet is tracked at every stage of its journey. MyNexus means you can see exactly where your pallet is. On the day of delivery you can even see on a map the progress of the delivery vehicle.
When you pallet is delivered you can see a digital signature immediately and a GeoLocation stamp thanks to an Android App on the driver’s phone.
Our Operations team uses the MyNexus technology to monitor all deliveries and head off any potential issues. If there is a problem we will be honest and realistic with you.
