Christmas & New Year services

Service schedule

• Thursday 19 December - last day for economy freight input to be delivered before Christmas.
• Friday 20 December – last day for premium freight input. Delivery Monday 23 December.
• Monday 23 December - final day for deliveries on non-timed services.
• Tuesday 24 December – the network will deliver on 24^th but please check your receivers will be open and select AM service.
• 27 – 31 December – The office will be open with skeleton staff. We will not be collecting. Any pallets for delivery to your customers will be booked as specific day or book in service.
• Tuesday 2nd January – re-open at 5am. Normal service resumes apart from Scotland where 2nd January is an additional public holiday.

‍Customs clearance

The customs clearance team will be available 09.00 to 14.00 from 27-31 December. Please email clearance@exactlogistics.co.uk
